Questions

Who can add a bot to a Discord server?
A member needs Manage Server, or Administrator, to add a bot with an invite link.
Is Manage Server the same as Manage Guild?
Yes. Discord's API and libraries such as discord.js call the permission ManageGuild (MANAGE_GUILD in the docs); the Discord app labels it Manage Server.
What is the integer value of Manage Server?
Manage Server is bit 0x20, so its permissions integer is 32 when it is the only permission selected. To combine permissions, add their integers together (or OR their bits).
Does Manage Server need two-factor authentication?
On servers with server-wide 2FA enabled, the owner's account must use two-factor authentication before this permission works.
