Acceptance of Terms

By using CordBase ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

What CordBase Does

CordBase provides a no-code database tool for Discord servers. Server admins create custom data tables via a web dashboard, and server members interact with that data through auto-generated Discord slash commands.

Your Data

• You own the data you submit to CordBase
• You can export or delete your data at any time
• We do not sell your data to third parties
• We may access your data only to provide the Service, fix bugs, or respond to support requests

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to store illegal or harmful content
• Attempt to access data belonging to other users or servers
• Abuse the Service in ways that degrade performance for others
• Circumvent usage limits or billing through technical means

Service Availability

We strive to keep CordBase available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We will try to notify users of planned maintenance in advance.

Paid Plans

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time. On cancellation, your plan reverts to Free at the end of the billing period. Your data is preserved but write access may be limited by Free tier limits.

Limitation of Liability

CordBase is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for data loss, downtime, or damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
