What Data We Collect
- Your Discord user ID and username (via Discord OAuth2)
- Discord server IDs and names for servers you connect
- Data you submit through bot commands or the dashboard (table rows)
- Command usage logs (which commands were run, when, and by whom)
- Which CordBase page led you to connect a server, if you came from one of our free tools (for example "tool-dkp-calculator"), stored with that server
- Team access: the Discord IDs of people a server owner adds to their dashboard team, the role they hold, and a log of dashboard changes (kept for 90 days)
How We Store Data
All data is stored in a PostgreSQL database. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Data is stored on servers within the United States.
Data Retention
When you delete data (rows), it is soft-deleted and permanently removed after 30 days. Command usage logs are retained for 90 days for analytics purposes, then permanently deleted.
Third-Party Services
- Discord — for authentication and bot functionality
- Stripe — for payment processing
- Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights — anonymous page-view and performance measurement on our public pages. No cookies. Dashboard pages are not tracked, except that we count clicks on the Add CordBase and Add the bot links, without any server or table ID. On the free tools we also count clicks on links to CordBase.
- Sentry — server-side error monitoring, so we can find and fix crashes
Your Rights (GDPR)
You have the right to:
- Export your data — use the data export feature in your dashboard settings
- Delete your data — use the
/delete-my-data command in Discord to delete all data you've created - Access your data — all your data is visible in the dashboard and via bot commands
