What Data We Collect
- Your Discord user ID and username (via Discord OAuth2)
- Discord server IDs and names for servers you connect
- Data you submit through bot commands or the dashboard (table rows)
- Command usage logs (which commands were run, when, and by whom)
How We Store Data
All data is stored in a PostgreSQL database. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Data is stored on servers within the United States.
Data Retention
When you delete data (rows), it is soft-deleted and permanently removed after 30 days. Command usage logs are retained for 90 days for analytics purposes, then permanently deleted.
Third-Party Services
- Discord — for authentication and bot functionality
- Stripe — for payment processing (coming soon)
Your Rights (GDPR)
You have the right to:
- Export your data — use the data export feature in your dashboard settings
- Delete your data — use the
/delete-my-data command in Discord to delete all data you've created - Access your data — all your data is visible in the dashboard and via bot commands
