Questions

Can Manage Messages pin messages?
Discord lists Pin Messages (0x8000000000000) as a separate permission, so grant it if members or a bot need to pin and unpin.
Does Manage Messages let me edit other people's messages?
Not the text. Nobody can change what another member wrote. Manage Messages is for deleting their messages, and Discord also lets it change a message's flags, such as hiding its embeds.
What is the integer value of Manage Messages?
Manage Messages is bit 0x2000, so its permissions integer is 8192 when it is the only permission selected. To combine permissions, add their integers together (or OR their bits).
Does Manage Messages need two-factor authentication?
On servers with server-wide 2FA enabled, the owner's account must use two-factor authentication before this permission works.
